Concerning the issue of scientists searching for sustainable and eco-friendly building materials. Compressed Stabilized Earth Block(CSEB) gives the opportunity for energy-efficient, eco-friendly, agriculture-friendly, and sustainable development. So, the project Refurbishment of Kajamalai has been designed in all possible ways to change it as an eco-community. 75% of the concrete use has been reduced by replacing it with CSEB-load bearing structures up to G+1 max height.
